The accuracy of our prices depends on a precise definition of the construction. The best basis is a graphical representation with views and cross sections. It is better to draw the construction by hand than to describe it in words. It is essential to specify these parameters:
As for the jacketing, it is necessary to specify whether it is for a heated or unheated hall. If there is no specific request for PUR panels of a particular thickness, we use panels 80 mm thick for the roof, 60 mm thick for walls, or, if need be, a section roof jacket. The great part of the expenses is consumed by elements for lighting through the roof jacket (area in m2 should be given) and wall jacket (specify the type and area or size and pieces). If lighting openings are not specified, only an offer for peripheral jacket will be worked out and fillings of openings will be given in each price. Ordering of project work and stress analysis The producer - under the terms of permanent cooperation - is also responsible for processing the project of the steel framework including design calculation on the level of construction of the building. Order for production and mounting The building contract is made according to the Commercial code and the practices, usual for building deliveries. FEMONT OPAVA s.r.o. supplies either steel construction and jacketing including the mounting, or can be a final supplier of the building.
