On the basis of the technical specifications we receive from the client, we calculate the price offer for the supplies and the assembly, or possibly we provide the client with updated prices of the components and items necessary for the calculation of the price. After the construction project containing the use of the VEDE system steel framework is carried out, the designer is given all the necessary data determining the details and the connection of the steel framework and the curtain walls to the structural design, including the effects on the foundations. Alongside with this we provide constant consultant´s advice. The conditions of the manufacture, supplies, assembly, invoice maturity, etc., are stated in the Fixed Job Contract, entered into according to the valid regulations. The warranty is usually 60 months, the life of the building is at least 50 years, and then it depends on the maintenance. |
